Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This notice explains how Happy Glow handles information when you browse, contact us, or place an order. For privacy questions, email happyglow.bh@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp.

Information we collect

If you order, we collect your name, phone number, Bahrain delivery area and address, order notes, items, quantities, prices, and order status. If you contact us, we use the information you send to respond. The site uses an essential session cookie to remember your cart and language and protect forms. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs, including IP address and access time.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use this information to manage orders, contact you about them, arrange delivery, answer requests, meet legal obligations, and protect the site. We may share the delivery details needed by a delivery provider and the data needed by our hosting and infrastructure providers. Orders are hosted by Render in Germany, and Cloudflare provides domain and traffic protection services, so information may be processed outside Bahrain. We do not sell your information or use order details for direct marketing without separate permission.

Payment and retention

When ordering is open, payment is cash on delivery. This site does not ask for or store card details. We retain order and correspondence records as needed to fulfil orders, handle complaints, and meet applicable record-keeping duties, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed. You may request information about your data, correction, object to certain uses, or withdraw a consent you previously gave, subject to applicable law. Contact us at the email above; we may verify your identity before responding.

Cookies and changes

The essential session cookie supports the cart, admin sign-in, and form security. We currently do not use marketing cookies or site analytics. If our practices change, we will update this notice and its date.
