These terms apply to orders placed through Happy Glow for delivery in Bahrain. Browsing does not place an order. When ordering is open, review the product name, description, size, price, and quantity before submitting.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Bahraini dinars. Delivery is free for order subtotals over 10.000 BHD; otherwise it costs 1.500 BHD. The delivery charge and full total appear before you submit an order. We receive your request and then contact you to confirm stock and delivery details. If an item is unavailable or an obvious price error occurs, we will contact you before confirmation, and you may decline any change. A sale is confirmed only after we confirm the order. When ordering is open, payment is cash on delivery; we do not request card details on this site.

Delivery and cancellation

Delivery is within Bahrain only, within two business days after order confirmation, free for order subtotals over 10.000 BHD, or 1.500 BHD otherwise. We coordinate delivery with you. To cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly and we will confirm whether cancellation is possible. If an incorrect address or lack of contact prevents delivery, we will contact you about the next step before charging any additional fee.

Returns and complaints

See our delivery and returns policy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, while all consumer rights under Bahrain law remain in force, including remedies for defective, damaged, or non-conforming items. For a problem, email happyglow.bh@gmail.com or message WhatsApp with your order reference and photos if available. You can also contact the Ministry of Industry and Commerce about consumer rights.

Site use and privacy

Use products according to their packaging directions and warnings. Photos, where available, help identify products; check the description and size before ordering. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access the admin account, or disrupt the service. Read our privacy policy for how we handle information. These terms do not limit your rights under Bahrain law.
